Return Policy

Default Seller Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to products purchased from this seller on LibanMall.

Please note that LibanMall is a marketplace platform. Returns, exchanges, replacements, and product issues are handled directly between the customer and the seller.

1. General Return Policy

In general, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged on arrival, defective on arrival, incorrectly sent by the seller, or the wrong size where size exchange is allowed by the seller.

Any return or exchange request must be made within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date. After 7 days, the seller may refuse the return or exchange request.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged by the customer, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, parts, gifts, and invoices included where applicable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact the seller as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. If confirmed, the seller will usually offer a replacement or exchange. Refunds are generally not offered unless the seller decides otherwise or a replacement is not possible.

4. Wrong Size Exchanges

The seller may allow a size exchange depending on product type and availability. The product must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return delivery fees unless the seller sent the wrong size.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include: customized or personalized products, made-to-order items, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, earrings and body jewelry, opened beauty or personal care products, food and perishables, opened baby products, sealed products opened for hygiene reasons, digital products, and clearance/final-sale items marked non-returnable. Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, delivered, or accessed.

6. Return Delivery Fees

The customer is responsible for return delivery costs unless the seller sent the wrong item or confirmed the product as damaged. Delivery fees are generally non-refundable.

7. Replacement Instead of Refund

The seller will generally aim to replace or exchange the product rather than issue a refund. If a replacement is not available, the seller may offer an alternative solution agreed directly with the customer.

8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact the seller directly via the store or product page on LibanMall. Provide: order number, customer name and phone number, product name, reason for the request, and photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective. Do not return the product before the seller confirms the return instructions.

9. Seller Review and Approval

All requests are subject to seller review and approval. The seller may refuse a return if the request is made after 7 days, the product has been used or damaged, packaging is missing, or the item is non-returnable by nature.

10. LibanMall's Role

LibanMall is a marketplace platform and does not directly handle returns, exchanges, or refunds. All matters are handled directly between the customer and the seller.

11. Seller's Right to Edit This Policy

This is the default policy. The seller may edit or replace it for their own store. Customers should review the seller's return policy before placing an order.
